Every company has a folder nobody enjoys opening. Here documents are read by machine on upload — and afterwards they are found by what is written inside them.
The problem today
The contract is in the manager’s inbox, the scanned invoice is in “Documents2” and the report is in a chat app. When an audit or a dispute arrives, three hours go into finding one file everybody remembers exists.

Frequently asked questions
Does it recognise Greek scans?
Yes, including handwritten signatures and stamps over the text. Quality depends on the scan — a phone photo of a crumpled sheet stays hard.
Do you use OCR?
No. OCR turns the picture into text and stops there — you are left with a string from which somebody still has to work out the supplier, the net amount and the VAT. Here the document is read by AI: it understands what the document is, finds the fields wherever they sit on the page, and returns ready data. That is why we never ask "do you support this invoice layout" — a new layout needs no setup.
Does this replace our accounting software?
No. That remains where the books are kept. This solves the earlier question — where the document is and what it says.
Can we restrict who sees what?
Yes. Access follows the role, and every opening of a document leaves a trace.
