Describe in your own words what you want working. We estimate roughly how many credits go into building it up to a first working version. It works the same for a one-page site, a landing page or a blog, for a small app and for a whole system — a few words are enough.
What a credit is
A credit is the unit in which the platform’s work is measured — a document processed, a request answered, a process step executed. Heavy tasks cost more than light ones, so billing follows actual usage rather than how many people the company employs.
- Registering and creating an organisation are free.
- Colleagues are not charged for — invite the whole team at no extra cost.
- An empty organisation is not closed: applications wait and resume on top-up.
Hosting an active project
A finished application runs around the clock — a machine, a database and an address your customers come to. That costs 24 credits per day for each active project, whether or not you worked on it that day.
- A project you do not need right now is paused with one button in your account, and from that day it costs nothing.
- A paused project is not lost: its contents are kept and the same button brings it back.
- If the credits run out, projects pause themselves until you top up. No debt accrues and nothing is deleted.
Why not per user per month
A per-user fee penalises exactly what you want — the whole team inside the system. With credits the cost follows the work done, so the viewer who opens one report a week does not cost the same as the operator.
Services
Setup, data migration and training are charged separately, per task and quoted in advance. They are not compulsory — the platform is used without them.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Registration is free and asks for no card. You pay only when you decide to buy the first credits.
Do unused credits expire?
No. They stay with the organisation until they are spent. They are forfeited only on termination for a confirmed breach of the terms.
Do you refund unused credits?
No. Credits never expire and stay available indefinitely, but no money is refunded for them. So start with the smallest pack.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, for every top-up. As an individual or a freelancer you fill in nothing — the invoice is made out to the name and email in your profile. Buying on behalf of a company? Its details are entered once, before the first payment. The invoice is issued automatically, stays in the portal and a link to it arrives by email. The invoice is issued in English and shows the net amount, the VAT and the total separately. A company whose VAT number is verified in VIES receives it with zero tax and a reverse-charge note.
How is payment made?
By card through Stripe. Card details never pass through us and are not stored in the platform.
How much does business software for a small company cost?
There is no single price, because there is no single package: you pay with prepaid credits according to actual usage, with no monthly subscription and no per-user charge. A small setup starts from one credit pack; the estimator above gives an indicative figure for your own description.
